    Ingredients

    The vermouth contains quinine, which adds to the lovely bitterness, alongside 10 other herbs and spices. The result is a superbly balanced and herbal flavour.

    Directions

    50ml Punt e Mes, top with soda, add ice, squeeze a lemon slice inside, then pass it along the border of the glass.
