    Ragù, inspired by Sardinia, is prepared using a prime cut of lamb shoulder, which, after hours of slow-cooking, falls apart which we recommend serving with our fresh reginette.

    Chopped Tomatoes (Tomato, Antioxidant: Citric Acid), Lamb (26.8%), Cavolo Nero, Water, Red Onion, CELERY, White Wine (SULPHITES), Tomato Paste, Sunflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Salt, Lamb Stock (0.4%)( Lamb Meat Concentrate, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Salt, Dried Glucose Syrup, Modified Starch, Vegetable Concentrates (Onion, Garlic, Carrot), Emulsifier (Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), Herb Oils (Nutmeg, Rosemary, Thyme)), Rosemary, Red Chilli, Corn Starch, Lemon Zest, Black Pepper, Sugar, Bay Leaf.
