Ragù, inspired by Sardinia, is prepared using a prime cut of lamb shoulder, which, after hours of slow-cooking, falls apart which we recommend serving with our fresh reginette.

Storage instructions: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. FREEZING: suitable for freezing on day of purchase, use within 1 month. Defrost overnight in fridge.
