    The Campo Viejo Reserva Cava is a fresh, well balanced premium sparkling wine with a lingering flavour that combines perfectly with Mediterranean style dishes, and perfect for dinner parties or presented as a gift. Campo Viejo’s dedication to winemaking, alongside the most advanced winemaking techniques available, enables the creation of modern twists on traditional methods. Campo Viejo strive to deliver progressive styles of wines that satisfy today’s discerning modern palates, producing a fresh and crisp Cava from Catalonia, Spain. This sparkling fizzy white wine is produced from carefully selected grapes and vinified at a controlled temperature, this sparkling wine then undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, following the traditional method. The resulting cava is aged as a Brut Reserva for 18 months, making it a higher quality wine. This fresh well-balanced premium sparkling wine is ideal to be consumed upon purchase, but can also be kept for up to 1 year.
